As a registered creative arts therapist, Sonja is trained in both creative and psychotherapeutic methods to help clients express themselves, explore emotions, and support their overall wellbeing.
Her group and private art therapy sessions offer a safe, non-judgemental space. Sessions begin with a gentle and playful introduction to art materials and the creative process – drawing, writing, sculpting, or movement – helping to reduce anxiety, encourage emotional exploration, and build self-awareness.
